If we do not agree

If you do not agree with a decision or with any questions regarding our products and services we want you to contact us. It is of uttermost importance that we get your opinion and follow up on questions and issues you do not agree with. We are, of course, prepared to challenge a previously taken decision if the situation has been misjudged or if we have had a misunderstanding.

Always contact the person who handled your case. If you cannot contact that person, you can contact the handler’s closest superior manager and demand the case to be tried again.

We aim to handle your case as quick as possible and to give you a decision within 14 days.

If you don’t accept our decision you can get the an external review of the case from the following institutions:
